Lost Trail is a semi jeep safari-hiking experience on the north side of Mount Olympus around xirolaki mountain forest and the ridge of
Salatoura with panoramic views of the mountain’s main summits. Away from the busy trails, this route offers wild scenery, open landscapes, and a true sense of exploration. Combining off-road mjeep access with moderate hiking, the experience is ideal for nature lovers and hikers seeking a deeper connection with Mount Olympus, without technical or climbing requirements.

Full Itinerary
Arrival in Litochoro.
Meet up with your guide/leader and the group at 12adventures Base, near the town square. Quick check-up and jeep safari to Vrisi
Tsoureka, where the hike begins. After a short but demanding uphill section, reach Salatoura Emergency Refuge. Continue moving along the ridge toward Citrus Peak, with the main Olympus summits on the left-hand side, including Mount Kition (2,614 m). The hike finishes with a descent toward Kokkinopilos village.
